We are passionate about producing individual upholstered components or taking on the manufacture of entire product lines. Large series or very small series, just-in-time production or retail goods: we step in exactly where you need us.
Frame preparation processes and assembles frames made of wood and metal, meaning steel, aluminium and precision castings. In our in-house joinery, we build carcasses and frames for the inner structure of the furniture to our customers' specifications.
Combining the stretch and adhesion properties of different materials so that comfort and seating feel are just right is a science in itself. We bond with extensive know-how, using solvent-based or heat-activated adhesives and sustainable alternatives such as solvent-free, water-based dispersion bonding.
In our cutting department, we process high-quality upholstery fabrics of every kind and leather of every quality grade: by hand, with a rotary knife, by die-cutting or as fully automated multi-ply cutting on our cutter. For every order and every batch size, we look for the most economical solution.
Technical seam or decorative stitching, gusset or double seam: our sewing department offers large production capacity across a broad range of products.
This is where every step of the value chain comes together. With strength and a fine touch, we continuously create products to the highest quality standards. Documentation and the care of every employee ensure a consistent, controlled result.
Every product that leaves our factory is checked in several stages. The last checkpoint is final inspection: here we examine every piece once more to make sure it is flawless. Only then do we prepare the furniture for shipping.
