  • Upholsterer (m/f/d)

    Full-time in Kevelaer, starting immediately

    For our upholstery department, we are looking for upholsterers who make high-quality furniture carefully and at a good pace.

    Your tasks

    • You upholster sofas, armchairs, beds and upholstered parts according to specifications and samples.
    • You apply foam and wadding to the frames and cover the parts with fabric, leather or faux leather.
    • You check your own work for fit and clean finishing.
    • You work with our development team on samples and prototypes for our customers.

    What you bring

    • Vocational training as an upholsterer or interior decorator, or experience in an industrial upholstery workshop
    • Manual dexterity and an eye for clean seams and edges
    • Reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
    • Basic German
    • Career changers from saddlery or interior decoration are welcome. We will train you thoroughly.

  • Sewing machinist (m/f/d)

    Full-time or part-time mornings in Kevelaer, starting immediately

    For our sewing department, we are looking for several sewing machinists to make upholstery covers from pre-cut fabrics and leathers.

    Your tasks

    • You sew covers and loose covers for sofas, armchairs and beds from fabric, leather and faux leather.
    • You work on industrial sewing machines, including twin-needle machines.
    • You make sure seams are straight and clean and check every part before it goes to upholstery.
    • You work to samples and specifications and report cutting errors early.

    What you bring

    • Sewing experience, whether in industrial, upholstery, fashion, curtain or shoe sewing
    • Care and a good eye for clean seams
    • Reliability and enjoyment of precise handwork
    • Basic German
    • Never sewn upholstery covers before? We will train you on our materials and machines.

  • Warehouse operative (m/f/d)

    Full-time in Kevelaer, starting immediately

    Our warehouse supplies production with materials and sends the finished furniture on its way to retailers and end customers. We are looking for someone to strengthen the team.

    Your tasks

    • You receive goods, check them for quantity and damage and book in the delivery notes.
    • You put materials into storage, including high-bay racking, and keep storage locations up to date.
    • You pick materials and components for production.
    • You prepare packed furniture for shipping, create the shipping documents and hand the goods over to parcel services and freight forwarders.
    • You keep the warehouse tidy and safe.

    What you bring

    • Experience in warehousing or shipping. Vocational training as a warehouse operator (Fachlagerist) or warehouse logistics specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) is an advantage but not a requirement.
    • A forklift licence and experience with high-bay racking are an advantage
    • A careful and reliable way of working
    • Confident computer skills for bookings and shipping documents
    • Good German

    For our production, we are looking for hands-on assistants to support our upholsterers, sewing machinists and joiners in their daily work. You do not need any formal training for this role.

    Your tasks

    • You pack finished upholstered furniture into cartons, ready for shipping.
    • You assist in upholstery, cutting and joinery, for example by preparing and putting together parts.
    • You bring materials to the workstations and move finished parts on.
    • You keep your work area clean and tidy.

    What you bring

    • Manual dexterity and a willingness to do physical work
    • Reliability and punctuality

    • Basic German
    • Experience in a production environment is an advantage but not a requirement.

Development and projects

  • Technical project manager (m/f/d)

    Full-time in Kevelaer

    We are looking for someone to guide new products from the first customer enquiry through to ongoing series production, and to roll up their sleeves along the way: on bills of materials, cost calculations and supplier enquiries. You will work directly with our plant manager.

    Your tasks

    • You review customer enquiries and technical documents and clarify open points.
    • You create bills of materials, routings and items in our ERP system.
    • You calculate costs for new products, prepare quotations and keep price lists up to date.
    • You find suppliers for new parts, obtain samples and follow them through to approval.
    • You coordinate schedules between sales, purchasing and production and bring projects into series production.
    • You work with us to further develop our own tools and reports, using AI in your daily work.

    What you bring

    • Technical or commercial-technical training or a degree, for example as a technician, master craftsman, industrial engineer or in wood technology
    • Experience in cost calculation and excellent Excel skills
    • Experience with an ERP system. Our system is developed in-house, and we will train you on it.
    • You read technical drawings confidently. You do not need to draw them yourself.
    • You have already been responsible for projects, and you make decisions rather than passing them on.
    • You enjoy working with AI tools or want to learn how.
    • Good English for suppliers and customers abroad
    • An advantage: programming experience, for example in Java or SQL, and experience in furniture, upholstery or seating manufacturing

    Your tasks

    • Good Excel skills. CAD skills are an advantage.
